Pay for our service fee after hitting the "submit" button.
You will receive an email confirmation from us once we receive your payment.
Within 2 business days, we will email you a scanned copy of your Notice of Intention to Appear form, stamped by the parking ticket office. Retain this as proof that your Toronto parking ticket has been filed by us.
One the ticket has been filed by us, you will receive a letter from the City of Toronto informing you of your court date.
Please note: as agents, we only file tickets on your behalf that are 21 days old or newer.
We will file parking tickets submitted to us within 2 business days.

We charge $5.00 to file each parking ticket you have been issued by a Toronto parking enforcement officer.
YOU are responsible to appear in court at your trial date.
Please make sure you are aware of your driving status. We are NOT responsible if your licence is suspended. All we do is file a parking ticket on your behalf. We do not offer legal guidance, nor are we affiliated with the City of Toronto in any way.
File Parking Tickets does not set the actual court date. Trial dates are set by the courts, who will send you a notice in the mail.
The name and address to be filled out on the form below must belong to the registered license plate owner of the vehicle.
If we can not file your parking ticket for any reason, our fee will be refunded back to you. Here is our full refund policy.
